About Myself:

I have been involved in the field of Dispute Resolution for over 40 Years both as a practitioner and as an academic. I have experienced the complexities of resolving disputes form all vantage points including Labor Advocate, Management /Supervisory Staff, Mediator, Arbitrator and Trainer. i have been employed by various Federal, NY State and NY City agencies as well as Private and Non profit institutions.

I posses an MA in Industrial Labor Relations, an ABA recognized paralegal certificate and a post Masters certificate in Educational Administration. In addition to having served as a High School teacher and Chapter Leader I have Supervised Student teachers for Queens College. I have trained adults in the nuances of Dispute Resolution for US Government agencies and Queens College of CUNY.

I also served as TItle IX Coordinator and Ombudsmen for Bramson Ort College I have also been elected as AFT and NYSUT union delegate. If offered the opportunity to join the NYSAA panel, the perspectives that I have gained vocationally and academically will enable me to meet the challenges required by the position.
