About Myself:
I began my career in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in law school. In my second year, I was one of ten students selected to participate in Mediation Clinic, where I was trained in dispute resolution. Eventually, I was able to volunteer with the local courts as a small claims mediator. While there, I had the opportunity to assist parties in small claims lawsuits to enter into settlements without the need for further litigation.
After law school, I moved to New York and started working in debt collection and as an outside general counsel for businesses. While doing that, I was exposed to many disputes and emotions. I was tasked with settling those disputes or litigating. My goal was to come to the quickest and most cost-effective resolution for my clients. I have carried that sentiment with me throughout my career as an in-house attorney where I have mediated a wide range of disputes from commercial contracts, construction disputes and employment matters.
