Mediators with us cannot be Arbitrators so chose your prospective position wisely. The NYSAA is a disruptive ADR platform allowing to solve disputes promptly with two formula, one within 30 days and one within about 90 days, all in a confidential manner, and it is free of administrative costs and fee.
Our platform is already used by some insurance companies, Airline B2C company, and many Crypto Currency Blockchain exchanges as well as the Diamond Industry, and Commercial Leases contracts throughout NY state. Indeed, the NYSAA is rapidly replacing existing dinosaurs such as the AAA in certain disruptive fast paste industries.
Mediators at the NYSAA must have a minimum of 10 years of industry specific expertise, whether you are an industry expert, a community leader, a religious figure, a Crypto Currency expert advisor, a practicing lawyer, law professor or a real estate professional, or even a retired known successful entrepreneur within a specific industry and/or a respected retired judge you belong with us.
We will vet your application once you have submitted a resume, and conduct (at your expense a background check) to make sure you are not a “Bad Actor”, as well as submit to a small logical psychological questionnaire/tests to make sure you just did not leave the cuckoo’s nest.
We work on a revenue share with our Mediators. Mediators are free to work for multiple competing platforms but cannot be listed with us as both Arbitrator and Mediator, however we set the hourly rates based on experience and longevity with us and more importantly have various percentage formula of revenue shares. Indeed, Mediators who work exclusively with the NYSAA will have a 35% revenue share to pay the NYSAA; while Mediators who work with multiple platform will have a 50% revenue share with the NYSAA form their pre-approved hourly rates.
Hourly tracking and document review will be done through our secure software where all parties can interact at the NYSAA assigned administrator per case management control will assist coordinate at first the effort, but all Mediators must be tech savvy as they will manage their case directly.
The NYSAA will act as collecting agent for the Mediator’s fee and redistribute them according to the contract on a 1099 basis after all hours are plugged in, no Decision is given without making sure we are paid in full by one of the parties.
We also offer our Mediator a 1099 contact and a referral fee for adding or referring the NYSAA to organizations or existing clients. Those are recurring fees 10% of all NYSAA cuts on case origination as they are all provided with a specific discount code that can be implemented into a claimant or respondent or a specific organization contract like we currently have with KLM Airline, such contract benefits of a 10% discount in perpetuity and was originated by one of our “Mediators” and Airline Captain.
We provide at the option of our customers “claimants and respondents” the option to have a settlement conference live or online Go to Meeting (which is mandatory to subscribe to for our Mediators).
